Getting Back Into Memory Training!

It has been a couple of months since I have actually done some serious memory training, but.... now it is time to get back to it! Memory training is probably one of my favorite things to do because I get to push myself to be better and see what kind of scores I can get. I am excited to see how my training goes!

I talk more about my memory training in the video below. Enjoy!

Here are my goals for the events:

5 minute names/faces: 80 names
5 minute binary: 800 digits
5 minute numbers: 450 digits
15 minute abstract images: 500 AI
5 minute historical dates: 100 dates
10 minute cards: 6 Decks
5 minute words: 100 words
15 minute numbers: 800 numbers
Spoken numbers: 300 digits
Speed cards: deck in 25 seconds

I know it is going to take a lot of work to reach these goals, but these goals will push me to be a better mental athlete! If you are training for memory competitions, let me know what your goals are!
