Would you record yourself doing something embarrassing, then show others the video?! Well this is exactly what I did for this week's memory challenge! The challenge was to learn yoga poses and positions and be able to actually do them correctly. You might think it would be easy but it wasn't! When I was selecting the poses I wanted, I would look at the poses I written down and think, "What is Eagle pose again!" haha
